The NSCA National Safety Awards of Excellence are Australia’s longest running, independent awards, recognising outstanding Work Health and Safety initiatives. Now in their 21st year, these awards continue to celebrate organisations and people that actively promote Work Health and Safety (WHS) as a cornerstone of elite business performance.
We received the exciting news that Fenner Dunlop has been nominated as a finalist for the category of Best WHS Training Program. This category required Fenner Dunlop to describe an innovative WHS/OHS training program that has been implemented in our organisation.
The training program can be one-off or ongoing, but finalists must be able to demonstrate that their training program has led to sustainable improvement in workplace behaviour/performance/processes.
The training program we nominated was the JSEA (Job Safety Environmental Analysis) training conducted earlier this year.
The winner of this award category will be announced at a special Awards Ceremony Presentation Luncheon in Sydney on Thursday 17 October.
